Fees

As a not-for-profit foundation, GES is financed exclusively by tuition fees and donations. Our tuition fees are recognized as being extremely competitive and inclusive (books, other resources, activities, day trips) compared with other international schools.

Lunches

Geneva English School uses a catering company (Novae Restauration) to provide school lunches.

It is an optional paid service which is running 5 days a week (from Monday to Friday).

As the school finishes at 12:20 on Wednesdays, hot lunches may be provided for children attending extra-curricular activities or After School Care on Wednesday afternoons.

Alternatively children may bring a packed lunch from home. All children eat in the dining room, where healthy eating, sociable chat and good manners are promoted by the staff.

During the week, varied, attractive and balanced menus are offered to the pupils. All meals typically include fibers (vegetables), carbohydrates (potatoes, pasta, whole wheat bread, rice) and proteins (meat, eggs, fish or tofu) in varying proportions. Meals are nut-free, prepared with a minimal amount of additional salt and with a preference for seasonal products.
